Shipping policy

We make our products to order. That can take anywhere from a day to a week, but is generally closer to a day or two. If for any reason we find that products will take longer than a week to produce we will let you know and discuss what action to take. 

In New Zealand we ship by overnight tracked courier once the product is ready, we can send tracking number if requested. Outside New Zealand we ship via regsitered Air Mail and your local postal service.
